I already bailed out with both my AMVs as it's not worth it anymore.

Looking at the amount of video responses I can tell a lot more people bailed out and with him not showing any update at all I can only assume more will bail out and find other contests soon.

This was the only time I ever signed up for any of his contests.

This is slightly ridiculous. An update would be appreciated, at least. It's really dissapointing that he can't even give as an update, because obviously QUITE A FEW people are waiting for the winners. Even IF the judging is ever finished it seems to me that the long wait has kind of ruined the effect.

I was talking to him and something happened with his computer and all of his work was not backed up. He is trying to hurry and I know how much this is pissing everyone off (including me!) but he does have a reason. But he should put it in the description :/

Don't get me wrong but if that was the reason then he would have made an update after getting back online to either verify what you mentioned. or give us an update

Considering that he did sign in after you posted without giving us an update, it will bring doubt to many that entered the contest. As a result of no update or word from him personally people end up in disbelieve and drop out of the contest, perhaps considering it a waste of their time.

As an AMV maker myself, along many others and most possibly your own, reputation means a lot so it's not something someone would throw away in a wim.

I do know what you mean. Its pissing me off that he hasen't made an offical update but I was just saying that he did pm me back and tell me that he had some difficuties with his comp. I am really pissed about this because I really want to enter other contests just like everyone else so I wish he would just say im not going to post winners or post them already!

Anyway, let's assume that the average AMV takes about 4 minutes. Since there are currently 502, that would be ~2008 minutes, divided by 60 = 33.46 hours.

If he spent an hour a day it would take about 33.5 days (slightly over a month) to judge all.

As it ended in September, the results could have been up already in October.

I find it amazing that he can log in and remove comments but can't be bothered giving us an update...
