He was trying to figure out why the Big Daddies wouldn't protect the little sisters, while hes talking, a little sister is repeating, "Papa suchong!" trying to get his attention, he gets fed up and hits her, you then hear a big daddy roar and Suchong screaming, you find this tape next to a corpse on a table with a big daddy drill broken off in him.

he was made cause he coudnt get the big dadies to protect the little sisters and the a little sister kept calleing him so he got anoyed and hit her and subject delta started to work and drilled him into the desk. subject delta is who you play as in bioshock 2

Suchong is the guy you'll have to deal with in Bioshock 2 as he had a solution for the mind control that Fontaine used. It seems that Suchong is quite the scientist, and as for Tennembaum she may have other reasons as well since Fontaine mentions she's weathered the worse without a scratch. Suchong maybe Tennenbaums mentor.

The Ironic part is that Suchong is the only true objectivist in the game. He takes no moral stance and acts purely in his own interests without seeking to control others. Even Ryan is a hypocrit who turned facist with public executions and restricting trade to the surface and the game also strongly impies that he outlawed religion. If you don't believe that, recall all the bibles only being found in the smugglers den and splicers claiming they were hiding from god under the ocean.
