ive raced him using his car, but my 1090PS Skyline GTR is no match for his car bcause of all the excess wheelspin and his car handles better

i will say he don't have that much of HP, but with a light weight body, cuz my 800 HP R32 still can catch him up on the stright.

go to the rival list and find a rival that is friend with u, press O twice on that rival, and it will ask u yes or no, choose yes then u can borrow his car to enter the RIVAL CARS RACE.
