My friend noob at dekaron...He is lvl 56 Vicious Summoner with lvl 1 skill..He say he dont know how to buy skill...He just fight...Then I help him buy skill etc and other...We got to the place that monster lvl 50-55+ maybe...I play his character..Than in less that 1 hour he lvl up to lvl 74 ==...His gold 100k to 5m...Lvl 56 to lvl 74 in less than 1 hour lols...

about errrrm 7 weeks to get to lvl 90, but thats with goofing off from time to time ^^;

i got info from someone else in game, so not sure, but im estimating that a good 4-5 hrs or more each day (or not EACH day) for a month should put u at that or higher lvl XD
