OK I have a question about the 3-4 seconds right before the pyramid. I am still learning the scoring of this sport. Can they get deductions or points off for just standing their like that for for 3-4 second. In my opinion. I don't like them just standing their. I think their dance should be changed to smoothly transition in to their pyramid positions. It looks awkward to me.

@Letissiaskatetapes24 yeah they can, and they probably did. you have to walk clean EVERYWHERE w/ every step you take...that little point you might loose for bad transitions can separate 1s & last! & i agree, it does look awkward!

@Letissiaskatetapes24 the routine will obviously have changes made to it. it's the beginning of the season and this is basically a rough cut of what you will see later on before worlds. yes probably did have points deducted for not being completely clean and having awkward transitions.

@2011corr She was there! shes flying to the left of Maddie Gardner and does a two to double and lands in the center of the floor :) shes the right elevator in the pyramid and does the back tuck in the pyramid that Maddie Davis flys under.

@katiealiceEMCA they kept her because she is prolly one of the best fliers in the country. during the showcase they were trying new people, a lot of times if you have an amazing flier they dont put them with the best bases. and the people they were trying out were questionable because they dont have all the skills required for a level 5 team. maddie has her full and jumps to tuck, there would be no reason why she WOULD be cut. and shes been on that team her whole life so there would be no point.
