  • Yeah man this gun is legit. I just bought one. .357 is a BEAR to shoot for someone new to revolvers/higher calibers though. But .38 special I shot VERY well in this gun.

  • Oh man, I just shot this at an indoor range with my brother and a couple friends today while they shot the Sig Sauer P239 9mm. Love this gun. It's true, it kicks a bit but oh boy, what a pleasure to shoot. This gun gave my nice groupings but i did notice that the accuracy dipped a bit when I sent the target out past 20 feet. Then again, I'm probably more to blame than the gun...haha

  • that little kid is funny, don't mess with that kid or his pops.

  • Haha .. i shot one of this yesterday.. my hand hurt a little because of my very last shot.. but it was amazing.. it kicked my hand all the way up.. but the bullet was right on target.. good accuracy

  • i consider myself a liberal in a lot of ways, but i'm adamantly pro gun rights. i love guns and i think a lot of my peers are ignorant in their views of them. it's great that you've got your kid out there at such a young age, knowledge is power and safety.

  • very true, people need to see the true value in early education and teaching respect, with no mystery their is no feeling of something being forbidden.

  • I got two sp101's .357 mag with 3'' barrel. great little compact gun. ammo is kinda expensive though, but worth it

  • i shot this same gun today nice weapon

  • kid in the back is funny. lol

  • That's my little bud, a good kid :) He has a ball at the range!

  • u should see my video of me shooting the 357 magnum revolver at burro canyon and nice video!

  • In your vid you handle the DA like a pro. Have you had any work done on it yet like a trigger job?? This one has to be my next choice. Thank you. sincerely, JAMES.

  • They are excellent revolvers. Mine is the bobbed-hammer DAO version with a 2.25" barrel. It wears a Hogue rubber monogrip and a tritium dot front sight. Feels great with the Hogue and still compact and easy to carry.

In my experience, you can run any vaguely sane .357 Magnum load through the SP101, and it'll keep on soldiering. I've launched 180 grain cast bullets at 1200 fps + through mine. The revolver handled it fine. My hand is another story!

  • That 180 gr was a Buffalo Bore factory load, BTW. Reloading, you're on your own.

  • Great lil gun isnt it!!! i have the sp101 357 2 inch with hammer. And i love it!! Its what my wife carries! Great bear stopper!!
