Absolutely. You can hear that Sumi Jo is not singing the high E at the end of her aria (at 1'30), (which she obviously did at the performances) and you can hear the conductor speak during the end of Kenneth Tarver's aria (at 2'00). Definitly the dress rehearsal.

I was there, Sumi was not singing 100% in the cadenza and didnt do the high E that she actually did in every performance.

I love Sumi's dancing! Great to see her in a comic role like this! Was just wondering, has anyone seen the performance? The coloratura and diction sound great but was the voice loud enough for people at the back to hear? I'd be very interested to know!
