you should put a bit of wine in the bag it will then steam cook in the wine a lot faster ,,your method is using all the liquid in the fish and will over cook the fish ,,try it with wine and you wont need to cook any longer than 8 minutes
@simpleearthling I have used wine in it before and it is quite nice, especially on halibut. Sometimes I don't have flavor, but the fish itself and this was one of those times.Thanks for reminding me and everyone about the wine! One little other thing-what's the rush?
