did you ever figure it out mine does the same thing havent torn it apart yet

@ROSASBROS It ended up being bad injector o-rings. I took out all 8 injectors, new o-rings and the problem was GONE for over 10k miles. It came back about one month ago, for only a couple of minutes on a super hot day and it has not happened again since.

@dieselpower7789 It is an AIC and you can get them used on many of the forums. Powerstrokenation, thedieselstop, powerstrokearmy, etc....
