This was beautiful however we have to be cautious about when/where we do certain rituals -- even libation. The truly spiritual cultivated Ancestral Spirits don't want to be called on in a club -- no matter how "conscious" the event be or the people present think they are. Ase is not the universal catch phrase for everything esp when doing a prayer/ritual for Nsamanfo/Egun & in non-Yoruba contexts. The better phrase is Iba se (Ee bah SHAY) not Ase. Ase is not a substitute for the christian amen.
