At 0:05, a fellow Heavy (Heavyonous Sandvichenous) yelps for a "Medic" who is no where near to be seen. Heavies (as the plural is pronounced) are acquainted in their typical livestock for calling for a "Medic" even though they may have 100% health already acquired during battle.

This therefore is very common for a Heavy to yell for a "Medic" even though there may not be one around due to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
