  • looks kinda like the room in misfits when the drug dealers ex gf is a zombie and curtis brings back teh dead peeps

  • Eh... this sucks. Sorry, but it is terrible! You ought to work on the GI a lot more and the general feel to the room is very unrealistic. Experiment with changing the settings on the GI and adding less light sources (bigger ones, like the sun; small lights should affect only a small region). Materials play a huge role in light bouncing and low poly counts help you lower your render time. Don't add unnecessary geometry! Smooth isn't always better - AA can help your sharp edges look better!

  • holy shit! thats nice.

  • wait your're back????

  • ah tom tom glad to see you finished it in the end. looks class

  • i love you.

  • I remember you asking me for help on 3D.. LOL the tables have turned young thomas...

  • lol at all this hate like any1 commenting on this could do something 1 hundredth as good and detailed as this

  • ooh :) Nice

  • amazing :O

  • sick as man! whats your skype now? or do you just not go on anymore?

  • Looks amazing :o

  • nice tom looks class

  • Why does that bedroom have a window to the hallway?

  • Well done can you tell me you computer specs so I can compare my computer I yours and estimate my render speed in comparison to your?!? :)

  • Oooh yeah, I thought the design on the bed covers was marvelous!

  • Camera tracking could've been a little better, camera was very jerky. But other then that the models look nice.

  • really takes a long time , i have been there. try mental ray instead, can be much quicker, but lighting is way harder ... i advice a turbosmooth in the bed sheet... the scene can be a lot better , just keep working and you'll get there. nice work by the way.

  • Oooh myyy goood thats amazing

  • mate you should've played the W@W community tage in the monitor if possible, would've been class xD

  • 37 Hours Render time :o

  • Dis_GUY v

  • U ARE BACK KINDA.....

  • Raged:D

  • Sick

  • HI TOMMY

  • Really bad lighting.. It just makes room scary.

  • @Mangusted and you think that was accidental?

  • @ThexRaGeD I thought that. But then i dont get an idea. Lighting should come from some real resource then (like lamp or sth) and the music shouldnt be "presentive" style. It should be scary. Like "Da Octopusss" works or sth.

  • @ThexRaGeD - I do...

  • That's just over an hour per second spent rendering ;)

  • is that a window?

  • You did great job on this, amazing!

  • Eh, is tomintheuk your other channel ?

  • @ExilesHD yes it is ;)

  • You need to work a little bit more on textures. I know they're complicated to create a nicely textured scene, but it's a problem that every 3D artist needs to deal with.

Camera work is awesome by the way :D.

  • how long it take you to make ?

  • wow, nice work tom, you pro! :)

  • thats amazing. too bad we don't get to see an hd version

  • Nice one tom, i'll upload mine later :)

  • loled hard @ camera motion.

  • damn my computer will get hands out and slap me in the face if i tried that haha

  • Nice did you model this yourself to?? ^^

  • you need to look up much better vray settings bro. Or change your materials. Something like that. I know that vray should look better than this. I like the models though!

  • Oh You ;D Nice job, looks pretty professional :)

  • Awsome camera angles man xox

  • The TV kept changing program or something o__O

  • @DutchArtikia it was playing my previous uni project which was a 2d animation

  • @ThexRaGeD siiiick, you always seem to surprise me

  • Can i give you some feedback without sounding like i'm hating. First off, your modelling work is fantastic, no questions about that. Where you could get a better finish lies within the materials. I can see you obviously know about V-ray lights, but little things like makeing sure the materials are all V-ray materials can reduce your rendering time (37 hours seems high for the resolution but not for V-Ray :D) I would also recommend bump mapping and adding spec and glosiness maps to ...... cont

  • @byAMSC your materials as this will give a more professional look and realistic. (eg, a varnished wooden cabinet would be quite glossy :D). I could pick at the lighting a bit however, some of the shadows seem quite dark so maybe add, even an omni light would do (But set to ambient only) and maybe reduce the intesity of your lights. I hope you don't see this as hate, that would be the last thing i would want to do :D, Good luck with your course :D

  • @byAMSC naa thats cool cheers for the advice. i'm going to be using it more and more throughout my course and since this was the first time i used it i expected it to be flawed :)

  • @ThexRaGeD Ah no worries man, I'm looking forward to more stuff from you! Any questions, just Pm me up and i'll try my best :D. Obviously, your tutors will be the best resource though! Keep it up dude :)

  • wow nice work mate

  • Nice :O

  • HOLY FUCK.

  • AMAZING WORK!

  • I wish I had a 3D bedroom..

  • Thats so fucking sick! How long did it take to make?

  • wtf.. i mean. there's god, and then there's you..

  • not bad

  • <3 you

  • 37 hours render rofl

  • too much twixtor and lense flare.

  • fucking sick tom!

  • Thumbs up if you saw the secret entrance to the rape dungeon at 0:18

  • U have a shitty PC if render time is so BIG

  • @anzik95 I was using vRay. it's a professional plug-in that creates realistic lighting and shadowing. The scene contains 4 light sources as well as a high sub-division count, so a render time this big is common for a large piece. I also have a very high end laptop thanks.

  • @anzik95 lol you idiot.

  • amazing ♥

  • sick as fuck, very original (as far as iv'e seen)

  • Must have taken you ages.

  • Rendering in 720p was not even considerable. lololol

  • @ThexRaGeD yes tommy <3 thats awsome mate! hope uini is going well :D

  • @ThexRaGeD what processor do you have? This is excellent btw :D

  • @ThexRaGeD Does your laptop still run smoothly while you rendered that out? Or did you have to isolate yourself off computing for 37 hours?

  • 37 hours! that such bullshit!

  • @TheZSWAD No it's not.

  • @SenszR No im saying the its bullshit for him! like i wouldnt wait that long! Im not sayin he is lying.

  • @TheZSWAD Ok.

  • great job raged :)

  • nice :D

  • this is some next level stuff raged so sick

  • render a 33 second video for 37 hours... totally worth it x)

  • 37 hours...ouch.

    Nice teddy :L
