I really love this version! Finally a band that doesn´t try to copy Mayer but give it their own sound and interpretation. I like this alot better than all the pathetic Mayer wannabe´s on YouTube. You guys make this song rock!

Its so funny how he sings in such a strong american accent, it sounds like he has no idea what he is saying. Taking on board what someone said earlier that it is good because it doesnt completely copy the original is no basis to build an argument on. I could cover you give love a bad name by bon jovi in autotuned farts and it would still be shit despite it being in another sound.

They're a band which was invited to come to Michiel Veenstra (radio DJ), and play in a little contest. They had to cover one of the 3 songs, Haven't met you yet - Michael Buble, John Mayer - Who Says and Butterfly from Jason Mraz. But the public texted the song they wanted LEFT (the band) to play.

So don't think they came up with a cover of this song, and then came onto the radio to play their cover, coz it's not like that.

Obviously, this band is not trying to copy John Mayer's song. They're doing their own original version, something completely different from his. Don't compare the two. I love this cover, they did an awesome job!

First off when you use some one else´s lyrics and melodies ragardless of the amount of distortion and block chords they use its still a cover. And that´s fair enough when people do that, everybody makes copies.

And yes its there own version of the song completely different from the original. Its still sounds awful. The dynamic level is the same throughout the song. They are out of time with each other. Specially the lead singer.
