  • orgasmic !!

  • kick it in the guts Barry.

  • My brother had one of these car, got it for $1000, then he crashed it.....

  • Irado

  • sweet.......................................xP

  • Same car as mine, except I have the black one.

  • is this your car???

  • 4 door muscle - super cool!

  • INTERCEPTOR!!!

  • cool! american as no1!

  • @dendenxoxo it's Australian mate

  • I just found a relic MUSTANG that had been converted into a police car, just like that, for sale, right now.

    RIGHT NOW.

  • the pursuit is a straight six, the interceptor (the yellow one) is a v8

  • Im very curious.... what is the difference between the "pursiut" and the "interceptor" versions of this vehicle. Im not talking about the "Last V-8."

  • Great Car, what a classic movie. Anyone know where to get the actual siren they used in the movie? I heard it might be dubbed in from the movie studio.

  • Is that a fold-out DVD screen in there?

  • They certainly dont build em like they used to, amazing piece of machinery, how much of a bashing did the pursuit take in the opening sequence of mad max 1 ? and it still kept going!!

  • I'd love to patrol just one shift in this thing. I'm sure it would make people swallow their gum.

  • XA 1972 XB 1974 XC 1978

  • Sorry, mate, nearly right - 1973 XB's came out. My XB coupe was built December 1973 and I've seen earlier dates than that - a few sources I've seen suggest earliest were August 73.

  • Thanks for the Info 351" ) !!!

  • no worries, I thought 1974 was the first too until I got this coupe...

  • I want one! And it must have the siren.

  • What is this car called?

  • a, i think, 1974 ford falcon XB sedan GT. These are very rare, cause they were build in Australia.

  • several thousand of them aint a rare car,, I am an aussie,,

  • Theyre pretty rare now matie...havent seen one on the road for awhile...them,chargers,hardtops...all pretty rare now

  • Crazy thing is I actually see more coupes than 4 doors these days...I have an XB coupe 351 , satin black - look at my channel to check it out...

  • The DVabel I know alot about ford muscle cars but not as musch as the aussie ones. But isnot the xbgt fast back the equivalent of the mustang. Also i believe that the xa is about the size of the maverick.

  • The xa..and the xb...are exactly the same size...its just a different year....the hartops are lower and wider than the sedans though...fairmont..just means a higher luxury spec level

  • what just happend?

i dont no i just got here myself :P

  • Farmereddy, the dialog goes as follows:

Big Bopper to march Hare, Were still in the game O'kay? That skag, and his floozy.. they're gonna die.

  • march hare to big poppa we still in the game..

  • big Bopper....not poppa !!!!

  • M.Rockatansky

    The Dark One

these baby is waiting for the end time.

  • lol the black car all it is is an aussie torino

  • no it isn't - I own one (XB coupe) - they were originally going to use torino's and scrapped the idea because they have too long a front and rear overhang so they designed a local car. not related to torino's , mustangs or any other us coupe...in fact, parked mine next to a torino gt about a year ago, quite different

  • They were never going to use Torino's or any other American car! Why the hell would they import American cars to be used in a low budget film in Australia?? And as for 'designing a local car' ?? What the?? Or cars were already designed and built long before the movie was ever made!

  • Think you missed the point of what I was saying...(changed usernames, by the way, I'm Tearlejc) I'm NOT talking about what they were going to use in the film, I'm talking about the design of the 2 dr falcon. Ford Aus DID consider using the Torino, then designed the local car. Nothing to do with the film, I was responding to the guy who said XA-C coupes were aussie torino's..Oh, and there ARE at least 2 us cars in MM, Fifi's brown cop car and the red flamed chev that gets smashed up...

  • I love the 70's (and lastest 60's) car lines..

  • i am a fuel injected suicide machine......i am a rocker i am a roller ! im a outa controlla!

  • @t150tridentman im hotter then a rollin' dice*

  • Yes, the black car is a Ford XB GT Coupe though whilst the blue and yellow cars are XB sedans.

  • N ot all of them were XB'S one of themwas an XA

  • This Is A Very, Very Awesome Police Car!

  • aaaawweesommee

  • Yeah, those lights are really homo!!! They do like painted buckets.

  • those are dust covers

  • Those lights on the top look so poofy.

  • All stemmed from the 1969 Cale Mercury Cyclone that ruled NASCAR in 1968-1969.

The secret was filling the tank with everclear. Make Car go fast.

  • 1973 Ford Falcon....only made in Australia...not a ferkin Comet.

  • Nice car...get some real police lights, though! (Those looked like they were painted buckets or something.)

  • hahahahaaaaaaaa!!!!!!

  • Yes its at the birdwood museum and was incorrectly restored

  • oh no shit? are you serious?

  • Yeah the front lenses are too dark and its got the full Arcadipane nose instead of the bottum being cutoff like it was in mad Max 2/The Road Warrior Also it doesn't have the flat black paint trim on it either.

  • Just for the record, the original Mad Max vehicle is in a museium in the UK.

  • Very Cool!

  • MFP replica - sex on wheels, i want the v8 interceptor too. Lush cars!
