they are meant to be, but only because the Japanese capped their power level at the 206kw *280hp (which is at the motor). If this one is around 215rwkw then it is closer to 290hp at the wheels. which means closer to 355hp at the motor. 75hp over the rated power level. Skyline GTR's are the same.
