@badmedicine95 - The Vic Ultra Vac is a great board for a beginner or if your starting to ride waves because thats what they were designed for and their not that expensive at all, if you go to victorias website and go the the shop they are having a sell and the Ultras are only $160.00, the cons are that its kinda heavy and when you get better your gonna have to get a new board becasue the Ultra just wont get the job done when you get better. Hope that helps
