  • I have pretty good grip strength,that comes from my small hands that have almost no fat whatsoever and very sensitive fingertips.But this definitely helped me stop trembling under continuous strain.

  • Depending on your schedule, it's good to work 2 days, rest 1 day. If you want a weekly schedule to where it's even, Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Then rest all other days. This very guy in this video follows that schedule.
