@kookahjoon Always a chance,its fighting and nothing is sure.

this technique relies on suprise and weight on the chest to keep someone down

my advice would be to keep your hands close,not only for grabbing when being transitioned

but also for punching while choking or setting up a choke

In pretty much all of these - Choking aside, Hammerfists to the face would also work here i think, since the persons hands are constrained.

Or Hooks to the side of the head, but your not really trying to hurt them too much :) Just soften their guard a bit.

I like this one, simply due to all of the possibilities for your hands, if they happen to be able to start retaliating from down there.

i use mostly hammerfists then when the choke is on and my opponent moves his head to the side to relieve the pressure i swich to hooks to the face
