Those are not reptilian pupils. They're just dilated. Reptilian pupils are elongated, thin and viticaly positioned, his are circular, positioned normally and just dilated ... probably because he was reporting in the dark.

Notice how the large lump that forms on his eyebrow stays in the same place as he shifts his face around and moves out of the way. Why did he move? I've seen other clips where they move out of the way or the camera moves when things become too apparent. I don't think the abnormalities on his face would stay in the same spot if it was the camera goofing up. This maybe legit.
