i think this is almost the best recording ever of this song, cuz nick drake doesnt say the words at the right time (I know its on purpose, and thats artistic or whatever) but it would sound better performed like this guy did. just work on getting the mic closer to the singer instead of the guitar, but this is a totally awesome vid, many kudos

i wouldn't necessarily say this is "better". this guy, while incredibly good, does not sound like he's been smoking too long. it's great, don't get me wrong, but it's not the same mood or emotion. and it's not nick drake's voice. it's just doesn't have that overwhelming mellowness to it. that being said, this guy is a great tribute to a great song and artist.
