I'm a piercer, and everything about this piercing was done wrong! First of all you never NEVER click your forceps shut especially on a tongue, and you use the appropriate forceps for the tongue piercing, the tongue should stay out of the mouth, (i don't blame the kid for pulling back with how tight those clamps are), and you DO NOT take the forceps off until the piercing is finished with the jewelry in it! I advise anyone who sees this at a shop to NOT get pierced there!!

For a start, all toungue piercings ive ever seen, the needle is inserted from underneath the tongue so the viens in the tongue aren't ruptured !!!!

If I were in that chair, when he first attempted it and failed I would have gotten up, made a complaint then left.

I had my tongue done a few days ago, it literally took 2 seconds for the needle to go through then another 10 before the bar was in and we were done.
