We must not forget that the "tea party" movement is about ideas: freedom, liberty, peace, prosperity, non-interventionism, sound monetary policy.

We must soundly reject those neocons posing as tea partiers - Bill O'Reilly, Scott Brown, Sarah Palin, and the like.

True tea partiers bring people together, not divide them. All we are fighting for is a government that allows us all to live as we please as long as we respect the rights of other to do the same.

Pretty damn simple if you ask me.

Today Ron Paul came out in support of the American Constitution, on behalf of freedom! The right to religious freedom, even when it's not the religion you practice, do you support this and are you still in the tea party?? curious...

@blumag88 It certainly did exist... and it still does. The establishment media is threatened to the point that they are creating straw men that non-critical minds accept at face value. Ron Paul didn't just come out in support of freedom. He has been an unwavering proponent for decades. I completely agree with Ron Paul on this issue, and so do the vast majority of "tea partiers."

The fact that Ron Paul is polling 10% to 30% ahead of Mitt Romney and Sara Palin should show you that the majority of tea partiers are still on the side of freedom and tolerance.
