The way he went to Mickelson after the last hole was just class. He suffered on the way, but he was a true professional. A tremendous and gentlemanly competitor who we lost far too early.
I'll never forget this....i was 11, getting ready to turn 12 four weeks later. The golf world will never know of another gentleman such as Payne Stewart. Rest In Peace.
