i used to just take time and just listen to his stuff as closely as i can to absorb the feel of it. i didnt really worry about the time signatures until i got a better feel for the tracks. playing it on drums is just a result of wanting to play music with robots!

Checked this after Lawn Wake IV and like it much better. I suppose that Eurocore MVP has more... straight forward jungle type drums as opposed to the mindfuck that is Lawn Wake IV, but you also seem way more comfortable drumming this tune. Nice snare work (no pun) too, you seem to have kinda a metal background judging from your playing.

thanks for the kind words, the lawn wake iv video wasnt a serious attempt (as denoted by the description) i uploaded that just to get back up quick after youtube deleted all my videos. this account is fucked. i grew up playing a lot of metal/grind as well as innumerable other kinds of crap

hopefully ill get around to it but my life sucks a lil bit at the moment so time is precious. but definitely practicing the rudiments helped out a lot, check out a book called stick control. also, just playing to all sorts of different kinds of music (classical, country, rap, video game, metal, celtic, everything and anything) really gives you control of how you make a certain beat feel. and people think youre nuts :O)
