Don't think there'll be a sequel any time soon, if ever, but there is a World of Darkness MMO that's being developed by the guys who made EVE Online. Google it for more info.

It is a good fantasy universe for an MMO, but no MMO can really scratch the itch created by awesome RPGs like Bloodlines.

I want to see a sequel set in the New World of Darkness, it's a much better setting and game system (dons flame-proof asbestos suit).

Personally I would love to see a Werewolf: the Forsaken crpg in the vein of Bloodlines. It would be a good fit for a video game, since Werewolf is relatively combat focused, and it already has features that suit a game (regenerating health, multiple forms, loci serving as sources of essence, etc)

Troika went bankrupt because of poor sales of Vampire:The Masquerade Bloodlines. But on the other hand, the game is a cult hit. To be honest, I think the game would make the perfect mmo. You already have two factions. Over a dozen clans, mention and unmentioned Plus their is a lot of hostile lore in and among them. Books give a lot to feed off of in the way of information . Seriously worth of mmo status. No blizzard though.

At any rate, there won't be any direct sequel - the Vampire: The Masquerade game stopped production (replaced by a less depressing, easier to understand system and universe), and the studio that made this game, Troika, went bankrupt.

So no there will never be a Sequil to this game, how ever there Will be a MMORPG of the new Setting including Werewolfs And Mages and Mortals as Player characters.
