Wow, I didn't realize the importance egg had on the recipe. It gave the rice alot of its caramelized color. I hate to ask this, but do you have any suggestions on an acceptable substitute for eggs? I've simply omitted it before, but doesn't look as pleasing (if that makes any sense, LOL!)
Can you use chicken bouillion in place of chicken stock powder? I haven't been able to find chicken stock powder. Thank you for all the videos they are so great and I have learned so much.

Runny, I care about your health, so I'm going to tell you that it's not good to heat the non stick pan so high. There are chemicals...not good for you...
@runnyrunny999 as for the issue with the rice being too dry, what I did was add some butter, like 2-3 tablespoons of it for the whole batch, do it right after you turn the heat off, put the butter In and stir it fast so it does not foam up. It adds a very nice flavor
