if you noticed the new rules are made perfectly to fit austrians so even if they don't fly so long (except schlierenzauer) they can still be competitive.the hill allows flying up to 245-250...if you watch hayek landing at 236 he didn't had any trouble as if he would land at 200 but the jury won't let new records until any austrian hill will achieve world record...that's the sad truth. new rules killed ski flying!

no they didnt change the hill..=D they had even less chance to jump that far. the jump table was lowered by 1 degree. and the landing place was not changed. =/ he shuld have done the record...but those idiots lowered the ramp...aman would fly to over 245 if he had the same weter conditions as rumoren 5 years ago. he rly is talented boy=D!
