dont go to starbucks, the wifi they have here cuts off alot, try panera, thats where i go (+ it has longer distance so i can sit in my car and downlaod)

well... Jail breaking is technically illegal... So if you accidentaly broke your iPod touch after you did this the warranty would be broken... And why not just wait till February and get it when they make it legal...also if you do this your iPod slows down and it lags...

dont be afraid ive had it for a month now and some things could hurt it i guess... but if it even wont turn on or something then you can plug it in and click restore on itunes and it will revert it to factory settings :)
