@rcdevil2 Hi, snorkels can be great just incase you do his that deep water but you cant run a rc truck under water for too long because a nitro engine has to run at certain temp. (i cant remember the temp). but good idea

@racine924 You can get it at any local Hobby Shop or order online. Its a Proline Racing - Dodge Ram Mega Cab. Its made to fit long base REVO's, LST's and a couple others which I cant remember.

thats cool but i just drilled a hole in my exhaust the put an aluminum arrow i cut in it.......then i put a bolt in the stinger i guess u called it

@anichypor Yea it should work on any rc truck or car. As long as you can route the tube somewhere where it wont get bent youll be fine. And you definintly need the hole in the pipe for oil drainage.

It pretty much just falls to the ground. Its a slow drip so its not bad.

The hole on the bottom of the pipe is where the oil drains from. You need this because a long time ago I attempted something similair on a T-maxx and the pipe ended up filling with oil and cut the engine. But that small hole I have on this pipe is perfect for the truck. As for doing this with a T-maxx its going to be the same but with a different pipe style.

Yea you need the hole in the bottom to drain the oil or else the pipe will fill up with un burned oil and eventually stall the engine. I learned that with previous experiments with exhaust stacks on these trucks.

No the hole is so small that its not going to effect your back pressure. And you want your access oil to drain out of your pipe or else the pipe itself will fill up with oil because the stinger isnt pointing down anymore to drain it for you.

Yea but at that point the engine is so small that you wouldnt get enough back pressure for it to run properly. Thats why I went with a single stack.

Emmmm probably. It would be a little more challenging but it can be done. But you might have an issue with your back back pressure being to low because the exhaust pressure would drop with two stacks. But it cant hurt to try.

No the intake I left alone. It has a zip tie on it but thats it. Mud has a slim chance of getting in with the two stage filter it has on it. And we also use PJ1 Foam Filter Oil on the filter. Which is a help .

No it really doesnt make it any different. At first I thought it might but it didnt. As for the material its silicone tubing. This piece is from the exhaust system of a nitro vee traxxas boat. But any silicone tubing will work.
