So true, waterboarding trumps oral sex by a long shot. I just love how during the 90s when Clinton and Richard Clarke wanted to break up al Qaeda and Newt Gingrich's Republican congress said that it was Clinton attempting to draw attention away from the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
But then, naturally, when there is a national tragedy it is all Bill Clinton's fault. No one blamed George H.W. Bush for the first attack on the WTC. After all, Clinton had been president for 38 days.
