  • I just wanted to say you are beautiful and i love your videos but i have been wanting to go run but i never have enough energy, can i get a toned stomach without running?

  • What works for me also, is using salad plates, instead of dinner plates. It just sort of tricks me into thinking I've eaten a lot more. Eating slowly and savoring my food also helps me to not over indulge. These are great videos! Thanks!

  • what about people with no kidneys? they are not allowed to drink so much water...

  • Just remember nothing tastes as good as being thin. There is no cake, chocolate or pasta that is as good as being skinny. That's what keeps me from over eating.

  • you're actually not supposed to drink anything while you are eating. you are supposed to drink a glass of water 10-30 minutes before eating and one hour after you are finished eating. it's extremely important in terms of proper digestion.

  • I wanna loose weight but I have no self control and my family constantly keeps the bad stuff in the house it's terrible!

  • @pandoraandvladimir ah i got the same issues as you my dear :O i used to eat wayy too much + my family keeps getting junk food BUT i found some ways to actually lose weight.. and it works! (i lost around 9 kilos) so urm all you have to do, really, is just concentrate on your interests. such as homework (if ur still in school) or go online and chat with your friends. another thing is to buy your own HEALTHY food and keep a nice stock of 'em in the house. good luck!

  • Those are some good ideas, though I've heard of some of them before but they're worth repeating. Just wondering: How old are you? Reason: The younger a person is, the easier it is to lose weight!! You look years younger than 40; when most women turns 40+, that is when she really, really, REALLY begins to struggle with her weight!! Most women, by age 40, they a genuinely hard time losing weight, even if they were slender throughout their youth.

  • man i drank water everyday but it always made me soo full and wanted to use the bathroom so bad, it does happen to you too right? definitely bad when sometimes you're somewhere you cant pee anywhere at all.

  • i do love trufas, cakes, chocolats, chocolate cakes, and for me its easy not to eat them even if they are in the house... i just think and remember the effects they have over my body cuz i get sick for like 2 days if i eat sugary stuff so its a good (or unlucky) motivation not to eat things are not healthy for me. =S

  • @StellaBarbie Thanks! It's really hard to make a meal plan for you - b/c I can't see you & I don't know anything about you - existing health conditions ect. I would suggest doing some research & reading yourself. Some great books are "The Eat Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno & "How To Eat, Move & Be Healthy" by Paul Chek. Hope this helps! (:

  • Great tips, I just want to disagree if I can about drinking whatever while you are eating - I've read and I've heard so many times that you have to avoid to drink while you are eating. But if you have read that somewhere who knows - your source may be right! :) What I do - I drink a glass of water 30 minutes before eating and this helps and then I wait for 2 hours before I drink again (but I drink a lot of water -2 liters a day at least)! :)

    i'm taking hair skin and nails vitamins and they're making me eat like crazy ..like i wanna eat all the time and my hair is in a really bad condition and my doctor told me that i have to start from within and i'm taking the Nature Bounty hair and nail Biotin bills and they'r working pretty good...should i stop and look for other alternative or what to do....plsssssssssssss reply

  • @mackintooshable If it were me, I would stop taking the pills and try to make your hair, nails skin, body & everything else better & healthier by eating better and exercising. Of course, you want to make sure you are following your doctor's advice. Hope this helps! (:
