Problem solved, chaintensioner between cams and the V shaped sliding chainguide..

@jeppe1976 My car does exactly this only less loud and fades in and out at idle (disappears just like yours with a couple of hundred rpm on top) - do you have any info or photo's to send on what you did? I would reallly appreciate your help.

what oil you using sounds like a tappet
