The idea that MM4's OST is the "weakest of them all" doesn't seem to add up. It looks like many people throughly enjoy the themes of at least Pharaoh Man, Dust Man, Skull Man, Bright Man, and/or Drill Man. That's 5 RM's, with even more love for 2, if not all, of the 4 castle themes. I even see a lot of people place a MM4 song in their apparent "top 10" lists, or at least, far more often than I see anyone mention a MM8 song.

If MM4's is the "weakest," why is there so much to like?

You have to wonder what some of these robot masters could concievable to to serve humanity as they were originally programmed to. MM1+2 made some sense, but most of the rest are just plain silly.
