Jamaica is getting, and deserves, a lot criticism over its high crime rates, high homocide rate and the intense, genocidal homopobia that is rampant there.

Many of us in the U.S., and not just lesbian, gay and bisexual people, are working to cancel the hateful Buju Banton "Rasta Got Hate" Tour 2009.

Overall, we are fighting hateful churches in Jamaica, as elsewhere. In the U.S. we have separation of church and state, but just barely.

John Terry was married to Elizabeth, and had two children by her. She was his second wife. He also had relationships with men all his life. He was bisexual, not gay, not that it mattered to whoever murdered him.

With all due respect to the Pastor, I think threatening to hit Jamaica in their tourist dollar will hurt worse than what he proposes. As a bisexual, I certainly would not go to Jamaica, and I intend to discourage all my straight friends from going there until they make it safe for us
