There is a hidden map for each campaign.

They're gonna patch the glitches( they were supposedly a "Sneak Peak")and put out the maps for DLC.

I only know how to get to Parish n' Dark Carnival.

ok so i tested this on Xbox 360. It works just the same. i got to the secret level and played a bit. got a nice high score of about 12 min. one thing me and my friend tried was getting through that level and get to bridge final part. this failed when we got to the balcony that over looks that secret area.
