Lol they only did it that year. I think it's because the people who walked on stilts could get hit by one of the flying monkeys.
Last year they had like 3 guys who walked on stilts cause they were tall skeletons, and the year before that they had a an inflatable structure that you walked through.
So maybe this year if they don't put stilt walkers they can bring back the monkeys
