The problem I see with Biden -- whom I want to like -- is his position on partitioning Iraq. I don't think anyone but Iraq has a right to do that and I'm not sure it is a good idea in the first place.

I can understand your trepidation on the issue, but people need to understand that partitioning Iraq doesn't mean making it three different countries; what it means is dividing it into a state-based federalist system with a small centralized government just like America was under the Articles of Confederation.
