  • @flowinrockr i don't believe it. I'm way in shape. Like i can't get weight but i weight 120 and i'm benching 200 and such along with running. You can't just increase by 10 pushups every day. Increase 2 maybe. But not by 10.

    By the way, at 3.23 you were breakdancing on a wooden-like floor piece in the middle of a gym floor. What sort of material is that? I'm looking at turning my garage into a dance studio xD

  • @laguzslayer0222 I'm no expert, in fact I'm just beginning to get serious into break dancing. I used to struggle with regular push ups all my life until a few weeks ago when I decided that I'm going to do 100 no matter what! and then from there I would increase by 10. The first day killed me and it felt impossible but 10 days later doing 200, it felt like I was doing nothing. My point is, just start small and expect more from your body and it will deliver. Then move on to these.

  • @arbitraire Do them on a day when you are not training on breaking. Then you will have the energy to focus on the exercises. good luck

  • how do you do the exercise at :38 where you are doing a push up into spin around back to a push up...i tried it and it was hard...is there a technique

  • @badabingluigi The push ups are designed to help you to do a move called "swipes" or "air swipes" or "king swipes".

    To do the push ups, you can practice this move

  • can you plz tell me how much sets and reps do i need to do for every exercise?

  • @Daew0ns0ng , Hey just try to start of with 2 sets of each about ten reps. Even if u only get half way thru the workouts its okay start slow and then build ur way up. Just cause you see all these workouts dont expect to complete everything at first. It takes practice and time and that goes for everyone. Just do your best and listen to your body. good luck . pz

  • dude, what you do at 1:40, its amazing, during the week i do my workouts and after we finish our abs we do the hover also know as the plank. and we heard about the way you are doing it. we gave it a go and wow is it hard. apparently the record for most done in a row is 72. nice job.

  • hey pryzmabs, do you think it would hurt to do weightlifting? I ve been weightlifting for a while and im not sure if it is affecting my dancing, such as flares, airflares, 90s.

  • Hey bro, i also lift weights since i am a personal trainer. My suggestion is to try and find a balance dont just lift weights and when u do also incorporate in ur workouts with weights body weighted exercises that way ur body still gets used to lifting its self. Stretch out of course and try and do something on the weekends like practice dancing or some other form of working out like yoga. You do all this u will become a super saiyan lol

  • ya just put ur legs up on the wall and hold urself up in a verticle position like a push up with ur legs open and on the wall hold that atleast 10 secs to start out and then try increasing ur time as u go along. this will help ur body get acustomed to ur body weight. good luck

  • just do 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps of any of the style of pushups i did here. at least pick 2 or three different pushup styles and follow the sets i put here.

  • it just takes time, ive been breaking for about 16 years now but things like this can be developed quicker with dedication especially since im showing you here. in the old days i had to learn from scratch with no one to show me anything so it takes longer

  • im a guy that lifts for strenght and power most the time but i couldnt get my shoulders sore anymore. i did just a little bit of this shit for about an hour and a half and i was sore for about 4 days. great stuff man keep it comin

    Did u train ur shoulders alot or do u just have strong shoulders naturally? cuz i know my friend he never worked out, and at his first time he did 3 sets of 12 lateral soulder raises with 25pounders...

  • yeah, it is possible to begin breakdancing at a age of 18, so start working your moves

  • another good exercise is doing a handstand like 2 or 2 and a half feet away from the wall and makeing your thighs perpendicular to your shins, so your body is in a straight vertical line from your hands to your knees then your shins are holding you away from the wall i guess

  • it all depends on your level of fitness me i usually do 10 to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets of each . if ur just starting out try 8 to 10 reps and 2 to 3 sets with 60 to 90 seconds of rest in between each rep. hope this helps. peaz
