a lot of his hair is like that on its own as he has cow licks- he talked about it at a convention in New Zealand

Hi sorry, Yeah.
It a thing that some people have at birth which means that parts of their hair naturally stick up, instead of lying flat like hair normally does. It just means that in this case, his hair does a lot of the work for him. Hope this helps.
