I know that Selena thought very highly of Gloria as did her father and family but Gloria has never been anywhere near as talented or popular as Selena was and still is she is not a good singer she just is someone who has been around for years she;s always mentioned for what she has done in music but really that legacy isn't much she is not on the same level as again Selena or even Celia Cruz for that matter her crossover appeal faded fast after the mid 90's left!
