Truth is universal, to live truly is to live true to oneself, and the only way to do that is to follow our own hero's journey, through the usage of both our heart and our mind, a combination of both. So if you think about it, I make far more sense than you or anyone ever will. Why? 2 words; faith & truth.

When I was younger we owned that movie and I remember watching it and I remember my mom loved that song. At the time I was too young to really appreciate it like she did. But as I've grown I've come back to this song a lot and I've grown to cherish the truth that this song tells of God's sovereignty and that He always knows what is best for us even when we think something else would be better.

This is exactly how I feel towards God. Sometimes I feel like I know what's best for myself and do what I want, but end up failing, getting hurt, and falling. But God is always there to pick me up and lead me to the right direction because He truly knows better than I do. I'm so glad that there's a song like this to remind how God knows best for me. :)

I love the symbolism of Joseph laying down his burdens; each rock represents a past hurt and he uses them to rebuild something broken - the tree, which is life.

You may ask why he bothers restoring the tree at all? It was practically dead, plus, he's using his own limited water supply to hydrate it!
