  • ETI ? like in Extra Terrestrial Intelligence :O

  • Keith Emerson never used or had one of these, what you may have seen him with was a KORG PS-3100 which does look a little like the ETI 4600, he also had the two later models by Korg PS-3200 and PS-3300

  • Why haven't you recorded any of these with a line in rather than the camera mic? Hearing it this way, there's no way to judge the quality of sound - could be a circuit-bent Casio for all my ears can tell.

  • @calyx93 ive never understood why people try to upload synth videos that feature really expensive gear yet record it with a shitty camera mic lol

  • love that stuff

  • Nice sound! I have one too. Love to get that patch from you :)

  • Didn`t Keith Emerson use one of these?

  • unbeleivable, bring back the old maplins NOW

  • amazing that maplins even sold these in kits..!! not any more .. shame really.. but they do sell toy helicopter.. phone accesories,, plugs.. thinkin about it they have gone down hill..

  • That is one seriously cool synth, fantastic sounds!

  • I want one NOW! Any un-built kits out there or second hand? Anyone still got the plans?

  • @MattMoose23 I have the ETI 4600 plans and the ETI 5600 plans. I'd be happy to sell my 4600/5600 stuff but it would probably need an overhaul. The 4600 and 5600 keyboard controllers both have their own issues, but a Kenton MIDI to CV box works very well, to give rock solid tuning.

  • Nice demo, thanks.

I promised myself a long time ago I would get round to making one of these.

    How the tide turns

  • Nice to see a clip of this one, give me a little idea of what it sounds like....

Hope to see a maby more musical demo of it next time.

Is that synth actually 100% modular or is it semi-modular?

  • I've one of these as well, clips of it on my vids :)

  • Nice one!

  • Excellent to see one of these up and running. Very rare indeed. I was going to have a go at making one, about 20 years ago but bottled out of it. Looks in excellent condition to. Show more please.
