Not only could the girls wrestle in those days, to me they were even more beautiful than today's"divas". I sure miss those days of grappling greatness.
Those dulcet tones can only be Slammin' Sam Menacker. The first wrestling I ever watched was Dick the Bruiser's promotion from Fort Wayne and Indiana on a Fort Wayne TV station every Saturday at noon.
He was the wrestling commentator on Channel 4 wrestling in Boston. Aired Saturday afternoon: Frankie Scarpa, the Tolas Brothers, Emile Dupree, Boris K. Fabian, Dr. Timothy Geohagen, Hard-Boiled Haggerty, Larry Moquin, Legs Longevin, Pepper Gomez, Ed Carpentier, the great Miller Brothers, June Byers, Jessica Rogers, the Sharpe Brothers, Pat O'Connor, Enrique Torres, Don Leo Jonathan, Yukon Eric, Bull Montana, and of course the legendary Wladek (Killer) Kowalski and a host of others.
good match but she should of done something else while she had her like a leg or even something with her arms i wish i was around in that time the girl that kept getting the head and arm done to her should of lended back before she threw her an sliped out of it
over all they should let female wreslters wrestle like this.
this one is close to the times in 40's- early 60's when women did REAL wrestling. This has is some fakeish- but not 90% theater antics like TV wrestling now. AND give us these longer vids! Brng back the real thing! I wonder what would happen if RAW and WWE tried it- it might be a big success instead of all build-up and strip show but little wrestling.
good match

Headsissor is just an unfair move, women have so much power in their legs. WWE divas should use it and sell it more often.
But yah this is definately the real deal womens wrestling right here.

I love women wrestlers who have "looks" and "skills." I love Debbie Combs; this video was maybe made in the 1980s.
