  • this isn't about religion anymore it's about Jesus and we all are the corruptions that he is trying to save it's not about who is right it's just that simple you don't even need to be a christian to believe in it you don't even need anyone's approval I know what he is talking about because I am a former atheist. look up dead sea scroll's

  • How can I find "the upload from coctupus"?

  • @LB030377 just search coctopusprime :)

  • I love it. Subscribed. I wanted to do an atheist version but I think you hit it on the head.

  • I totally agree with you,, Apart from the fact you have "Theukathiest" wrote n the title..An athiest is,and i am sure you know this,is someone who disbeleive's in God,not religion..Christianity is in contradiction with each other, even though the bible say's it was written for simple men to understand..So who acually understand's the bible? certainly no the pope or his merry men...

  • @drugsguru "I totally agree with you,, Apart from the fact you have "Theukathiest" wrote n the title..An athiest is,and i am sure you know this,is someone who disbeleive's in God,not religion"

im not quite sure what you are getting at here. Yes an atheist lacks belief in a God, but most of us also think religion is a poison and causes nothing but trouble, it indoctrinates fear and disables independence. i am not sure what it is you disagree about with my name to be honest?

  • very nice

  • @TheBottleKids did you read my last comment? the title is not mine, its a response, i do not hate no one. hate is a word with different amounts of negativity, i can say " i hate cabbages " but that does mean i literally hate them . it means i dislike them. hate is a word which is used in difference ways with different people.

religion causes negativity towards others, hate is a word which describes it, but hate can also mean a less harsh negativity. there is no point debating about it really.

  • @TheBottleKids you do understand this is a response video and the title is from the original video which is not from me? I don't hate anything or anyone either. Also I think you are digging too deep into the meaning of a single weird which people throw around these days like nothing anyway.

  • @TheBottleKids who?

  • Great Vid UKA, glad to see you're back. Hope you recovered all your data. I had a bit of back and forth with this religutard a few weeks ago but stoped. People like him, make people like me want to invest in Advil. And I will still bet you 100,000 space bucks, that he is going to somehow self delude himself, and put you in his silly "pets" folder.

  • @stressahp hi, thank you , fortunately my hard drive was not damaged so i have all my data :)

  • The video in question was done for a specific audience: followers of Americanized Christianity. Therefore, knowing his audience, the poet was using language and metaphors that his audience would understand. The video was not directed at nonbelievers; but instead those who call themselves "Christian" but have fallen into religious legalism and merits. It was not written as an argument for the existence of God (or anything of that nature), but instead for brothers and sisters in Christ.

  • @perichoresis7 That's fantastic.... but..... how exactly does that make it any less silly or nonsensical?

  • @LeonhardEuler1 The answer is in the audience. If I'm using the language of Italian with a fellow Italian, we will fully understand one another. But suppose a German/American/Thai/Chinese person who is unfamiliar with the language overhears our conversation in Italian, it will sound like complete and utter nonsense. The audience is the key.

  • lol you can't add comments on his vid anymore... Good job

  • Very well done... Your poem was better than this...and actually made more sense!

  • The funny thing about the bball1989 video is that he has turned off the ability to comment, which to me clearly shows that all the negative reactions to his cool delusion have been upvoted. That's makes me feel happy dispite his video getting 15 mill views just for bullshit...

  • I agree with Ukatheist in the sense that bball1989 is contradicting himself. This may be because he did not explain really his focus or what he is talking about. Some are taking it out of context. bball1989 is against the men that corrupt religion. Throughout history and even know men have been corrupting religion. Jesus came with Pure religion to clean out his temple. Jesus kicked out the money changers. I'am a christian. Listening to your poem you have valid pionts.bball1989 should clarify.

  • And of course, bball1989 has disabled comments.

  • Excellent job theUKatheist! Actually the best response I've come across. Like the whole thing mate.

    l /. Peace

  • @pabface thank you :)

  • @theUKatheist no, thank you for making this. I've been wanting to make a response video myself.. I might actually do it now :)

  • @pabface go for it, feel free to respond to this video with it, it will link you underneath.

  • @theUKatheist Who is coctupus? I cant find him.

  • @aaqucnaona94 try coctopusprime. That should find him.

  • @theUKatheist Thanks, man. Btw, I am an atheist for 51 days - no lightining, smoten or smitten. God is busy burning Jesus statues, I guess. You and the other prominent atheists have really help me defrag my mind after I realised I was an atheist.

  • In fact many people believing in Christianity doesn't mean it's right. A long time ago everyone believer in the Greek or Roman gods but they aren't real. In fact you should question all religions because everyone believed it a long time ago when most of our technological and scientific discoveries have been in the last 100 years which leaves us with more accurate information meaning you should rethink religion.

  • Anyone should believe in something just because a majority do but that they should consider the possibility. No I wouldn't ask the tooth fairy to reveal herself to me because millions of people aren't claiming her existence and importance to our lives. it's odd that you seem to get so angry about people who believe in God, if you don't believe it's true why does if bother you? X

  • @EmmaMaslen93 "No I wouldn't ask the tooth fairy to reveal herself to me because millions of people aren't claiming her existence and importance to our lives"

yet millions thought witches existed? you see your argument of "majority is correct" is silly.

so you are saying that if the majority of believers were mulsim, they would be correct?

"it's odd that you seem to get so angry about people who believe in God"

no , i get angry at people who say that i should!

  • @EmmaMaslen93 continued

"if you don't believe it's true why does if bother you?!"

because people try FORCING their belief onto us, telling us we are going to hell, saying we are evil, that is just ignorant and rude, not to mention down right nasty. why should we put up with the bigotry?

secondly they force it on us by coming to our doors, stopping us in the streets and preaching it non stop WE DO NOT WANT TO HEAR IT!

you get it? when they stop forcing their beliefs on us we will not need to

  • @EmmaMaslen93 If I may speak for UKAtheist I would say atheists aren't angry people believe in God we are repulsed by the notion that you and people like you feel the need to believe in something that they can neither prove nor disprove. You assert that everyone should believe in something but you put forth no credible evidence why we should believe it. Here's a shocker for you Jesus was an atheist! That is why he threw the money changers out of the temple, that's why he told the San hedrin

  • @TheMuskokaman Heaven is at hand because he knew the lies that the Jewish sauduccees and the pharisees propagated to maintain control over the Jewish people that is also why he said when questioned by the pharisees there was one amongst them greater or as great as God not because he believed he was god but because he knew there was no God and could see the charlatanism being practiced daily by the Jewish religious leaders of the day!

  • I wasn't brought up as a Christian I was an atheist my whole life. I always thought the same that people were fearful of death so they believed in God, but its not that either. The thing that struck me about Christians was that they were actually happy, in comparison you realise non-Christians are not as content.

There is proof of the existence of God because there are spiritual things that happen all over the world through the name Jesus Christ that's why I believe it's true. I'm not saying a

  • @EmmaMaslen93 "The thing that struck me about Christians was that they were actually happy, in comparison you realise non-Christians are not as content."

thats actually incorrect, most FEAR going to hell so they are constantly afraid, many who have gone from christian to atheist say that its like a HUGE weight off their shoulder to not fear a God and constantly try and "save" others, so your statement is blatantly untrue.

    "because there are spiritual things"

no there isnt, show me any proof.

  • Wether there is a God that wants to show you the truth if you choose to look. What have you got to loose by quietly asking God to reveal himself to you ? X

  • @EmmaMaslen93

a little tip for you, you know we dont believe in god right? we believe in god as much as we believe in the tooth fairy, unicorns and batman.

so if i asked you in all seriousness "What have you got to loose by quietly asking the tooth fairy to reveal herself to you ?"

    what would your response be?

i will ask you a question.

why do you believe in only your god? there is no proof for any god.

do you believe through fear of hell or do you believe because its how you were raised?

  • This video doesn't make any valid points x Believing in Jesus, his teachings and being a Christian isn't what the christian is saying is wrong x I'm sure you would agree whats wrong is how people have used Christian beliefs for power to manipulate others, creating religion, which is what Jesus also fought against x

WHAT I SAY TO YOU is if so many people in the world believe in God doesn't it raise the idea to you that there is potentially one ? Shouldn't you at least once in your life question

  • @EmmaMaslen93 no, just because a majority believe something it doesn't make it true at all. There was a time the majority believed in witches. Also that women are inferior. Does that make it true? What a silly thing to say.

I accept the possibility of anything, but without proof I don't just go ahead and believe it, that would be silly, wouldn't it?

  • It is weird how often I hear people say things like "I hate religion but love Jesus"--but, in reality they are just as judgemental and full of hate as any other Christian.

  • Hey I here what you are saying but I don't agree with you. I am a follower of Jesus. Now I don't want to argue I respect your opinion, but maybe what the guy was meaning is that Christians should have a high standard of living... loving and caring for the poor and lonely. Sadly sometimes the church gets things wrong and focus on what's happening inside and not outside... which is not what Jesus intended. This is just my view on what I believe.

  • Reality is far more interesting than this religious BS.

  • Wow, that was amazing. <3

  • CLAPS!!!!!

  • haha so perfect

  • The guy disabled comments for his video. Like I thought. I can't handle the truth.

  • @cupojava1 I know, i commented on hs other video saying that, the replies I got from people wasn't nice lol

  • Obviously, according to religion, and this TOOL, we're SUPPOSED to suffer and worship instead of enjoy pleasure and life...all this perfectly scripted, cut and high quality video is missing is the little message at the end: "Brought to you by the Church of Jesus Christ and The Latter Day Saints...

  • nice job, UK

  • nice response, but those who are ignorant will stay that way and that is disaster

  • I love @C0ct0pusPrime response, you guys should check it out

  • If there were more nuanced rating options, I might + the original video..

Don't get me wrong, I completely disagree with the opinions, but seriously, that video is very well made, beautiful. +1 for production value, -2 for actual content.

  • Guess they didn't like open discussion because they switched off the comments for that video now.

Ah, christians.. as usual, agree with me or shut up. Nice.

  • I had already seen theamazingatheist lay waste to this video but I'm glad that you went ahead and did the same anyways:) nice poem! I can't believe the video in question is so popular.

  • I just wish these church people just stop this christ insanity its all just a bunch of profanity

  • Well done sir!

  • Drives me nuts how everyone wants to be weak and squishy for god; my guess is heaven involves "eternal bliss"(sucking god cock).

I'd rather not spend eternity(literally or metaphorically) sucking cock.

  • Brilliant mate.

  • Comment removed

  • Owned em. Nice job tUKa.

  • I can't believe that he was that good looking and that damn stupid. Man I wish this sheeple shit would end.

  • Hell yes!!! Awesome job, sir! Very well done!

  • I think this is the best critique of that video I've seen so far, It's really well written.

  • That was a great work, congratulation for this fine piece of poetic pwnage ;).

  • dope!!

  • I found a guy named UKAntitheist...made me think of you, lolz.

  • He wasn't going out getting laid. He specifically said pornography. He was getting faded and wasted, but not from beer or joints.

  • @pythor2 "Acting as if I was simply created to just have sex and get wasted"

  • @theUKatheist I addressed that.

  • Grappling Ignorance did a good response to the poem, too.

  • @GoblinXXX a grate one...

  • Intelligent, well done.

  • Woah... that was amazing.

  • Already subbed, liked and now on to ask the poor deluded the "try" to think about what he's saying, for a minute. Even though, I know it won't do much to change their "deep rooted need to believe."

  • ye religious fucktards allways try to rationalize it and fail at it. i allways call them on that

  • Nice

  • By FSM's noodly appendage that was beautiful, this needs to be heard by all

  • I saw that video. Nothing of what that rhyming fool says makes any sense.

  • Brap brap.

  • I refuse to watch video poems. Pressed the 'pause' button at 0:16.

  • What's even more pathetic?.... I bet the majority of people that agree Jesus isn't religion also hold the opinion that atheism is a religion.

Both ideas expose an interesting point. Religious people tend to hate religion... just another square circle contradiction they have a knack of ignoring.

  • Well done mate

  • I am a poet, but I don't even know it.

  • @rafalbielec Oh yeah? I can make a rhyme anytime...

  • YES! very nice response! :D

btw typo in the annotation "respon"
