This is great i fully gave up on new tvs not supporting old school consoles that work on RF, i tested it out with my sega saturn even though i have the AV cables but just tested it out to see if it works and it did, thanks a lot mate i will do the same for my megadrive and mastersystem and all my other collections.
@XC0MB4TXEV0LV3D Unfortunately not, as u shoot with the light gun, the screen flashes black and as it flashes, the target that u r supposed to shoot at is shown white. As is flashes, the gun sends infrared (not sure if its infrared but whatever, lol) radiation towards the tv and as it reflects from it, the gun knows where u r pointing at. So this only works on the CRT tv's, and not on lcd, led or plasma tv's.
@bellybag101 Hehe! In the box, but it wasn't sealed. I opened the box infront of the seller, and the console itsellf was factory sealed, had all it's catalogues, even the Alex Kidd in Miracle (or was it Wonder) Land.
I didn't find the Alex Kidd cartridge, then again I heard it was stord in the system's memory, will have to wait and see.
I bought 2 Master Systems factory sealed, and 6 games (Factory Zone and such) for $40. I know, an absolute win.
I cant understand how you plug in the megadrive 2. what does the antenna have to do with the console, cant you just plug it in to the tv and work? it wont work on my LCD that way, and i dont have an antenna socket thing like you have, cause i have cable and the cable wire goes into a box and then i just plug in the AV cables into my tv.
if anyone has a working console that i dont have ( there are heaps i know ) and feel like selling or giving me please leave a note. great video, do a NES if you get one
awsome video. i gave up trying to tune a sms, nes and mega drives to the tv. i will give this a go and see how we go. its good that you did everything step by step because i have a large collection of consoles that i will be connecting to the one tv and there is not much showing how to actually do it. i will make a video step by step when i connect my sms2, mega drive, snes, nes mega drive 2, atari 2600, atari video arcade, colleco, hanimex system, ps1, ps2, xbox, xbox360 N64, and ps3 20G
mine came up with the option air or cable, which one do I choose, I chose cable anyway and then it came up with what you said and I went on digital & Analouge
That was exactly the info we neede thx a lot :-D

TheEm9111 4 months ago

@Nintendid - Sealed in the box? not bad at all (Y)
