I'll second that. I owned an Explorer V8, the new 292hp version with the six speed auto would prove a good adversary, but the older 2V V8's and any V6's wouldn't stand a chance without some serious money put under the hood.
What is that noise at the beginning is your Durango or the camera? I want to let you know leaving your car on empty can cause engine damage, such as fuel pump problem.
Also funny how some people think an expedition is better than this...ya right, the durango sounds better, nicer interior, looks nicer, and correct me if im wrong but it has aftermarket parts for it...but whatever they can think what they want...
yeah i totally agree, even though they're more expemsive they have less standard features and basically exactly the same optional features aside from the fact that durango can have an in-dash dvd player...but its gas mileage ainr rhe greatest and being a 4x2 it gets 15-21 mpg if it was 4x4 itd only get 14-18...but the expedition gets a lot worse
Speaking of eagles I was going to EB Games the other day and I saw one, it was a TSI, red, rims, couldn't tell if it was leather or stuff...but I stared it down and drove by it real slow...I hardly ever see them anymore, and when I do it's usually a beat up ESI...nice to see a 3.5 in my area, I can always tell by the dual vs single exhaust tips.

yea they are fun cars...just how there built is pretty kool..dual throttle bodys, big intake plenums, holley intake components(including holley throttle bodies), 2.5" exhaust etc.. Mine had traction control,climate control,power seats, tons of extra features...But yeah u can always tell if its the 3.5 with the dual exhaust tips, mine was cut off in the middle of the car cuz i had the flowtech muffler on it..im gonna be selling mine once i get it fixed up(tires,tune-up,EGR valve,little body work)
shit expedition gets a 0-60 in 9.7 seconds with the 5.4..imagine the 4.6...so my base motor dakota doin a 0-60 in 7 seconds compared to the upgraded motor expedition doing a 0-60 in 9 seconds....quite a comparison
thanks for the compli's but yeah its a bit quicker(bout .5-.7 seconds faster on the 0-60) but a lot smoother and a lot torquee-er...a lot better sound too of course ...a little more respectable by the normal person because of no-one knowing and understanding the eagle

yea it is a great engine...and very fun to drive , best v6 ive ever heard ..my video "TSI 0-70" probably has the best sound of my eagle but i probably have 30+ videos of my eagle...the eagle just had the awesome passing power and pulling power up above 50mph

Yeah mines 2wd also, it really gets up and goes. On my other video i got it 0-60 in 6.5 seconds.
