@kameleus everyone is a noob at the first time when they try to play something especially the drums so really i dont see why you are calling anyone a noob while they are still learning. id like to see you do better on the REAL drums instead of on some rockband video game.
Nice sound out of the kit. I would suggest though getting a bass drum head with a hole in it and fill it with a blanket or some shit. Will make it sound much better.
Your drums sound pretty good. Better than mine in my video, but in my defense, the room my drums are in isn't very acoustically sound, and the mic on my camera ain't that great.
pretty dependent on that crash cymbal at the end of every fill lol. How do you like the forum series drums? Some guy is selling some on craigslist and I might buy them
it helps to master the basics, rolls, roughs, paradiddles, etc. Once you do that, it's easier to get a feel for how a lot of fills are put together.
You should also play with more confidence. i noticed a big improvement in my playing after I mastered a bunch of fills, fills are full of cool little patterns that you can reuse in your own creative way. I dunno, I just found that easy for me.
about a year and and two months ago i got my first drumset. i have to agree that i need improvement all around. i occasionally drum to a metronome, but i dont have a metronome that is loud enough to hear over my drumming. i will probably create some five minute metronome samples with Audacity amd load them onto my ipod.
i apreciate these kinds of comments, keep them coming!
Try playing quiet enough to hear it. Brushes will also help - you learn a better stroke, in that you're forced to provide the rebound. When you play with sticks, your stroke will be more efficient.
Start out slowly and evenly ... learn good habits first - it's much harder to un-learn them later. Otherwise, you're wasting your time.
idk how good u r now but in this video u suck

how long have you been playing? Your rhythm definitely needs improvement. Try drumming to a metronome for a while.
