The choir sang this at my graduation earlier this year; at the time, my uncle (who was the closest person to a dad I ever had) was in hospice with brain cancer. My mom broke down crying when she heard this at the graduation. Two days later, as my uncle lay in a coma, I sang this to him because I knew it would be the last time I saw him (the nurse told me people still hear things until the moment they're gone). This song still brings tears to my eyes when I hear it.

@TwilightAddict247 for fifth grade, They had a choral arrangement of the song for chorus. The part of Glinda was a solo, and Elphaba the rest of the chrous. I got the solo. Then the last day of school, they brought everyone up and had me sing it onne last time with them.
