This is a VERY dangerous activity...my husband just passed away on June 13, 2010 while engaging in this activity without a spotter. Up until that day...I had never heard of this. He wasn't a reckless person and I would have thought he would know better. If it can happen to him...it can happen to anyone. The police said that he passed out and gravity did the rest. At least it was painless. Be smart and play safe!!!
Why not Just make sure you hold it with left hand so if you pass out you just fall down and live...
