I agree with you totally @ allinadine!! This show was great too ! I loved Bette Midlers part. Its inspired me to get my masters degree (corny as that sounds). "What do YOU want?" thats what did it !!! :)
It's rare for me to enjoy such a girly movie, but the entire cast are always hilarious, and Meg Ryan just has this...LIKEABLENESS to her. Has she EVER played a bitch? Anyway the song is awesome too :)

I had never heard of Luch Schwartz before I saw the movie, I have fallen in love with her music. The movie was fun but the original was so much better.
just finished watching the movie...was good, not amazing imo... but these Lucy shwartz songs really stuck out to me and i'm so glad I found them :) thanks for putting them up! =)

she sounds a bit like the end-of-1980s Suzanne Vega, but only when she sings at normal pitch (doesn't apply to mezzo-soprano register obviously)
